Hi there! Today, I wanted to share a trio of projects that I have created using some of the previously released Spellbinders Large Die Of The Month club kits! Spellbinders is having a huge sale on a bunch of fantastic kits (these kits are some incredible values even before the sale), and several of them are 40% off!! I’ve created a group of three lovely lavender cards using a combination of the Bonjour Kit, For You Gift Card Holder, and the Festive Wreath Slider Card kits!

To keep things cohesive, I kept the color schemes for all three projects within the same lavender and white color family, adding in some sparkling white glitter cardstock for extra sparkle.

For this first card, I used the Festive Wreath Slider Card to create my card base. I couldn’t believe how quickly this interactive card came together! I’m not great with interactive projects, because they can be fussy and precise, and I just don’t have the mental bandwidth to do them… but this one was super simple and came together so easily!

For the front of the card, I used the lovely, detailed butterfly image and greeting from the Bonjour Kit to add a bit of interest to the interactive portion of the card front. I love how it pops up when you pull on the tab!

For my second project, I again used the lavender cardstock as the basis for my color scheme, this time pairing it with the For You Gift Card Holder. I cut my gift card holder from lavender cardstock and added a deep purple die cut butterfly from the Bonjour Kit, as well as the die cut greeting from the For You Gift Card Holder cut from more glittery white cardstock.

I die cut the actual holder for the gift card using plain white cardstock. I cut the “tissue paper” from a glassine bag that I had in my stash. I tried to use vellum, but it was too heavyweight and didn’t want to fold! The waxed paper of the glassine bag was the perfect weight and folded so easily. I think it looks exactly like a bag with some exploding tissue paper inside!

The final card was a bit more intricate and used only the Bonjour Kit. For this card, I added a few more shades of purple, as well as some bisque and camel shades for the foliage. I began by die cutting the butterfly: a white base layer, then a shimmery lavender intricate top layer. I die cut several of the flowers and foliage from just plain white cardstock, then used a variety of shades of purple and tan dye inks with blender brushes to add some subtle color in just the exact shades I wanted!

I arranged the butterfly and the die cuts on a lavender A2 cardstock base. I added the glittery white sentiment die cut, then added a few Rose Gold gems to add a touch more sparkle!
Well, that’s all for my projects. I hope you will check out the sale; there are some spectacular deals happening that you won’t want to miss out on!
