I know it’s Paint-A-Flower, but I wanted to show you that these blooms will look just as gorgeous with many different mediums, including Copic markers! Let’s get started with the details.
I began by stamping the main flower image and several of the greenery bits onto some white, Copic-friendly cardstock using Copic-friendly black ink. I then used RV69, V06, RV66, V05, and RV55 markers to color the beautiful poppy bloom, along with a variety of greens for the foliage. I fussy cut the pieces with some very sharp scissors and set them aside.
Next, I die cut the Leaf Frame Cover Plate die from some crisp black cardstock, reserving the center portion and adhering both pieces to a white A2 card base using liquid adhesive.
I also adhered the pieces from the Paint A Flower: Poppy that I’d colored using foam adhesive, as well as a sentiment on a thin strip of white cardstock, also from the new Paint A Flower: Poppy. The final touch was to add a few charcoal gems for some sparkle!
