Introducing: Take Me to the Tropics Coloring Panels!

Hi there! If you follow me on Instagram (@eamidgett), you’ll have seen my sneak peeks and preorder post announcing my latest set of coloring panels: Take Me to the Tropics! This month, I thought it would be apropos to declare my love for those big, fat hibiscus flowers that are synonymous with tropical flowers. I’ve paired them with a variety of tropical flowers and foliage to create four unique A2-sized card panels.

I absolutely adore the graceful curvature that can be found in so many different tropical plants… delicately draped flowers, sweeping (and sometimes gigantic) foliage… such unique and beautiful flora to be found in the warmer climates! And the explosions of vivid color-swoon.

The panels are printed on Jack Richeson 88 lb watercolor paper (cold press, so that lovely texture is still there!) or Hammermill 100 lb white cardstock. Both papers work beautifully- I’ve used both pan, liquid, and watercolor markers like Karin and Tombow on the Jack Richeson paper, and the Copics blend wonderfully on the Hammermill, as you can see in the photos above.

Here are the details:

• Pricing: Copic-friendly white cardstock-$8; Watercolor paper-$10, shipped in the continental US. International friends: add $4 to accommodate international postage (this may be increased slightly if more than two sets of panels are ordered to accommodate for the increased weight of the envelope.) Sorry, no tracking available on these, and international mail seems to be exceptionally slow these days, so I can’t guarantee a timely arrival, unfortunately.
• You will receive 4 panels in each set. If you wish to purchase more than one set, please indicate whether you would like Copic-friendly white cardstock or watercolor paper, and whether you are located within the US or internationally. I will then send you an invoice via PayPal, to please be paid within 24 hours of receipt.
• I will leave the preorders open until July 30, 2021. It’s just me printing, trimming, and shipping, so please allow 2 weeks for processing and shipping. I have four little kids here; please be patient with me!
