Hi friends! I have one last collaboration project to share with you for Simon Says Stamp’s STAMPtember collaboration extravaganza, a company that is fairly new to me, but holy cuteness: La-La Land Crafts. The sweet STAMPtember Collaboration set features an incredibly unique and incredibly adorable Highland cow theme, and oh my goodness are these little bovine beauties sweet! I normally don’t do “cute” very well, but the little furry cows were so adorable that I couldn’t resist. Let’s get started on the details for my card!

To start, I stamped the Highland cow with the candy cane from the La-La Land Crafts STAMPtember exclusive set using black pigment ink and added clear embossing powder over the top to make the lines extra crisp. I used OLO markers to color the sweet little cow in deep orange tones that are the trademark of those floofy cows, adding a green hat and scarf. Anybody who has read Anne of Green Gables knows that redheads shouldn’t wear red or pink, so I kept the holiday red to a minimum, adding it to the candy cane and allowing the cow to be accessorized with a lovely Christmas green!
To accent my little cow, I die cut some holiday greenery and a bow using the Simon Says Stamp Pine Needle Trio and Perfect Bow dies. This little bow die is quickly becoming a favorite; I have been loving the addition of bows on basically all of my cards lately, and this bow die allows me to add a fluffy bow without adding a ton of bulk to my card front.
To help frame my holiday scene, I die cut some delicate frames using the A2 Thin Frames die and Crimson Glitter cardstock, both from Simon Says Stamp. I adhered one frame in the bottom right corner using liquid adhesive, then arranged my greenery and bow in a swag over the opposite corner of the frame. I popped up the little cow with foam adhesive, then added a greeting from the La-La Land Crafts STAMPtember exclusive set with a double layer of foam squares to give it a bit more height. Finally, I accented the card and added some more holiday sparkle with a few Lucky Pawsitively Dazzling Gems, adding one final touch of green to my festive holiday card!
