Hi there! I have a special blog post for you today. Studio Katia is releasing a darling new stamp and die bundle called Paws for Kindness, featuring some sweet little critters and their owners, as well as some fantastic sentiments, and we are celebrating with a blog hop! Such a cute stamp set for such a wonderful cause! I have a clean and simple project for you today, so let’s get started with the details!
To start, I began by stamping the little girl with her corgi and kitty friends from Paws for Kindness, using some Copic-friendly black ink on white cardstock. (Look at the little corgi tail waggling! So cute!) I then used my Copic markers to color the images in and die cut the image using the coordinating dies, included in the bundle.
Next, I stamped this super poignant greeting (perfect for that friend who’s lost a beloved furry family member) from the Paws for Kindness on some strips of white cardstock. I cut a white background using the newly released Mini Polka Dots Cover Die and adhered it to a white A2 card base for a quick, textured background, allowing my colored trio and greeting to take center stage on this card. I don’t like to add too much in the way of sparkles for a sympathy card, so I kept this one nice and clean.
