Apologies for the technical difficulties earlier; here’s my post for the 12 Tags of Christmas!
Hi there! Every year, Ellen Hutson hosts the 12 Tags of Christmas, designed to get everybody in the holiday tag-making spirit!! This year, we’re switching things up a bit, providing you with a holiday song theme and some coordinating tag inspiration! Therese Calvird is our hostess today, providing us with our song inspiration: Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer! I’ve created a quick little shaker tag for today’s inspiration, so let’s get started with the details!
I began by stamping the cute little reindeer head from the Essentials By Ellen Holiday Characters stamp set using Intens-ified Black ink from Hero Arts. I colored the image using my Copic markers, die cut it out using the coordinating dies, and added a cute little red nose using a Raspberry jewel from Pretty Pink Posh.
I then die cut the frame, backer, and acetate backer using the Circle Scallop Tag die from Honey Bee Stamps. I filled the shaker with some Sparkling Clear sequins. I adhered Rudolph to the shaker front, then added a greeting from Mondo Holly. I added a red and white twine bow and loop to finish it off!
Well, that’s all for me today! Be sure to check out the Ellen Hutson blog for all of the details on how you can get linked up to the contest for the 12 Tags of Christmas! Thanks so much for stopping by, and have a marvelous day!
