Hi there! Today, I have the pleasure of taking part in the Heffy Friends Blog Hop! You should have arrived here from Laura Volpes’s blog, and your next stop is Mona Toth’s blog. Heffy Doodle has released some marvelous new stamps and dies this month, and I’m so excited to have the opportunity to play with the adorable new Happily Ever Crafter stamps and a plethora of darling dies to create two projects today. Read all the way to the end to find out all of the details of the giveaway sponsored by Heffy Doodle!

For my projects today, I created a pair of cards using the new Happily Ever Crafter stamps and dies; one fit for a birthday princess, and one wedding-themed card. Lots of pink on both of them! Let’s get started with the details!

For my first card, I wanted to create a bridge card using this technique from the fabulous Jennifer McGuire. Such a fun way to make an extra special card! I folded the card as Jennifer instructs in the video, then masked off the edges and blended some pink inks in an ombre down the front of the card, adding some shimmer spritz for extra sparkle.

After my bridge card had been created, I die cut a pretty white Stitched Heart (HD|EH|SSS) and adhered it across the front to create the actual bridge for the card. I added a Copic-colored bride, groom, and and carriage from the Happily Ever Crafter (HD|EH|SSS) stamp set, as well as a sentiment from the same set.

For my second project, I used the same Happily Ever Crafter (HD|EH|SSS) stamp set to create a fun birthday card! I stamped the castle, princess, and carriage from Happily Ever Crafter (HD|EH|SSS) and colored them with my Copic markers. I also stamped a greeting from the same stamp set and die cut it using the coordinating dies (HD|EH|SSS).

Next, I blended a pretty sunset using Distress Oxide inks, then layered some die cut clouds that I’d cut from vellum and some glittery white card stock with the Silver Linings (HD|EH|SSS) border dies. I layered all of the die cuts on the blended panel using liquid and dimensional adhesive. The final touch was to add some pretty sparkling jewels!
Well, that’s all for me today! Now, for that giveaway….
