Hi there! I’ve been slowly trying to ease back into doing some stamping for my favorite companies, and today marks the Summer 2020 release for Hero Arts! We are celebrating with a blog hop featuring all kinds of fun inspiration using the new products. I have a super summery project for you using one of the super popular new Heroscapes and a gorgeous new cover plate die, so let’s get started with the details!

I began by die cutting the new Grapevine Window Fancy Die from some watercolor cardstock. I then used Green Apple, Thistle, and Grape Slush Reactive Inks to do some watercoloring, mixing the colors (with the addition of a little Creamsicle) to create the brown for the vines! These inks are great for watercoloring, blending beautifully and layering on top of each other like a dream! I just love watercoloring these super intricate cover plate die cuts from Hero Arts.

I wanted to create a little vignette looking through the grape vines at a hillside vineyard, so I stamped the new Vineyard Heroscape using a variety of inks, adding some bright blue blending for the sky using Aquatic and Neon Blue inks with a blending brush.

I popped up the intricate die cut frame using some foam adhesive, finally adding a greeting from the Vineyard Heroscape. A bit busier than I normally create, but I love how the products work so well together!!
Now, to celebrate this newest catalog release, Hero Arts is giving away one $50 gift card, drawn from the comments left across the hop. Enter by Sunday, July 5th at 11:59pm pacific, and the winner will be announced on the Hero Arts blog the following week. The more comments you leave, the more chances you have to win!
Your next stop on the hop is Ilina Crouse. You can also head back to the Hero Arts Blog to see the full hop list in case you get lost! Thanks so much for stopping by today, and happy hopping!
